About the product

Litel has developed, through indigenous research and development, based on basic principles of heat engineering, IR + hot air impingement dryers which compare with the best in the world in terms of drying efficiency.

These dryers are operating successfully in Indian industry and are the workhorses of the respective operations.  Repeat orders have been received.

The products have complicated shapes. Yet the typical drying lengths are about half of the convection dryers.

There are applications which demand IR to be assisted by air for various reasons such as effective removal of vapours or solvents. Such oven have proven to be immensely advantageous and energy efficient.

Cores of various sizes and shapes are to be completely dried after painting operation (generally robotic dip painting). The paint could be water or solvent based, having different curing requirements.
